Your products on Amazon are in the BuyBox, but the BuyBox Analysis feature is showing only a red X? Please check:

✔️ Have you entered your seller ID in the AMZ Performance Tool settings? Click on the gear wheel in the upper right corner of the tool and enter your seller ID in "SellerID for BuyBox Losses" (see screenshot). Finally, click on the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

⚠️ Be sure to click on the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page. The green button "Save and Retrieve Data" in the right half is only for setting up the connection to the Seller Central.

💬 If you entered your seller ID but the BuyBox Analysis still shows incorrect data, please contact us via live chat!
